My background is in marketing and communication. I’m fascinated by the evolution of technology and communication delivery systems. The processes people use to find and compare information never cease to surprise me. I love studying pathways and expectations to find solutions that make it easier for people to navigate to the information they need. My formal advertising agency experience has made me an end-user champion with a passion for positive behavior change.
